How I work.

Most freelancers run ads and hope the funnel converts. I treat ads and funnel as one system.

Week 01
Full audit. Technical setup, baseline metrics, five-phase diagnostic of your existing funnel — quantitative leak analysis, session recordings, heatmaps, manual UX walkthrough, competitive benchmark. You receive a prioritised testing roadmap before I touch anything.
Weeks 02 — 12
Prioritised testing. ICE-scored test queue. One variable per test. Run length determined by required sample size for 95% statistical confidence — not by an arbitrary calendar. Tests run in parallel across ads and funnel where traffic permits.
By Month 03
Scaling posture. Front-end ROAS approaching break-even or better. Back-end revenue measurably up. CPL stabilised as a known number. Account in scale mode, not test mode.
